We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Platform. Upon termination, you may request an export of your operational data within 30 days, after which we may delete it in accordance with our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
